Tim and Richelle sold real estate in Waukesha, WI before moving back to the Northwoods in 1994. Richelle and Tim purchase, refurbish and run Pinewood Lodge in Rhinelander, WI.

Rick Lovdal knows the Northwoods. He has been visiting the Northwoods for 10 years and owned and operated “Serenity Bay Resort” in St. Germain for the last 5 years. In June of 2006 Rick and his family decided to live permanently in the Northwoods. Rick joined Eliason Realty in November 2006 as a Buyer Specialist for the Kruse Team. His approachable personality and keen business sense allows him to help his clients have successful real estate transactions.

Before moving up to the Northwoods area Rick owned a successful building company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 20 years. Rick explains, “The experience I gained from my building company helps me everyday in real estate. It gives me the experience to explain homes and their construction.” He also owned and operated “Serenity Bay Resort” in St.Germain and recently converted the resort into condo cabin ownership. His clients normally include second home buyers, commercial buyers, developers and investors.

Rick lives on Finley Lake in St. Germain with his wife, Margaret, and daughter, Maya. Rick and his wife support their daughter’s passion, show jumping with her horse “Muffin Man,” and travel with her to various horse shows. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, fishing, water sports and traveling.

Scott joined the Kruse Team as a buyer specialist in May of 2007. He has owned his vacation home in the Northwoods for over the past ten years and moved to the area full time from southern Wisconsin. He and his wife, Pam, enjoy the beautiful scenery and the many activities the Northwoods has to offer, such as fishing, golfing, and gardening. He is very proud to have served our country for 4 years in the U.S. Navy and values the training and structure he received.

Scott has worked in a management position and has an extensive background in customer service for over 20 years. His honesty, loyalty and dedication are just a few of the attributes he brings with him to the real estate business. Scott enjoys working with both buyers and sellers to help them with all their real estate needs.
